By accessing or using the rundeep platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

rundeep provides an AI-powered data analysis platform that allows users to upload structured data files and receive automated analysis, including profiling, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and related insights. Features may vary depending on the subscription plan selected.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@rundeep.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

rundeep offers free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial purchase for first-time subscribers. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of any data files and content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant rundeep a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely to process and analyze that content to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content.
• The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
• The content does not contain illegal material, malware, or content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Use the Service to train, benchmark, or develop competing AI models without explicit written consent.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

The rundeep name, logo, platform code, UI design, and all AI-generated outputs produced by our systems (distinct from your User Content) are the exclusive property of rundeep and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding or proprietary technology outside the scope of normal Service use.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, rundeep SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO rundeep IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion, unless required to retain it by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
